Every process begins with correctly identifying the design problem. The innovative approach to design is based on the “know why” principle. The most important thing in design is knowledge – not how we want to design something, but why we want to design.
To find out why and for whom, we are able to conduct not only design, but also technological and business analysis of the market, collect the client’s expectations and priorities during the kick-off meeting, verify them in quantitative and qualitative research and develop the final version of design guidelines as part of joint workshops that will gather all the knowledge.
Such a broad research module will provide a solid base and guidelines, including design briefs, for further stages of the process and will ensure that its end result will respond to the needs of the client and user and will solve their problems in the best possible way.
In the beginning, we create in parallel at least two distinct conceptual designs. Both concepts align with the same design objectives in different ways. Each concept offers a unique approach to the end user experience in terms of ergonomics and consumer usability.
We prioritize ensuring technological feasibility in our projects. With our collective expertise as inventors, designers, strategists, and engineers, we have the know-how to design, manufacture, and successfully commercialize products.
Next is concept exploration. Together with the client, we select the most promising product design concepts, and we start working on design and development variants to see them in the closest form to the final product.
When working in this way, the client has the opportunity to actively participate in the design of his product, introducing his comments on 3D models and prints, first prototypes and individual variants.
Prototypes are tested in terms of meeting the arrangements and assumptions, dimensions and ergonomics, then verified and improved, and the result of the design process is the preparation of detailed 3D files containing all key and detailed design elements and its selected variants.
At the testing stage, a number of tests are performed to finally verify and identify any details that require corrections in the entire device. After the tests, any corrections are implemented in the files.
The services provided to our clients also include ongoing supervision and control of production. It covers every stage of the product design process and includes, among others: supervision during the production of injection molds, production of the first trial series or corrections made by the client’s departments.
The production variants proposed by our engineers will depend on the customer’s expectations, volumes, and production technology.
Our engineering competencies cover the entire spectrum of technologies, from basic technologies related to the processing of plastics and metals to more complex operations such as mechanical engineering. Our team prepares files for injection molds and stamping dies tailored to our
designs.
The last stage of engineering is the creation of a prototype using a similar or target production technology (depending on the needs and cost of the technology) and the preparation of technical and executive documentation.
The number of tests are performed to finally verify and identify any details that require corrections in the entire device. After the tests, any corrections are implemented in the blue prints.
Nobody knows the product better than its creators. With the most intimate knowledge and passion for the product, we are best at emphasizing product capabilities and creating engaging communication strategies.
With 30 years of experience, we understand the art of product introduction. Highlighting the value, innovation, and empathy of your product, we ensure it speaks directly to your target audience.
